I got lazy and haven't been logging my workouts since the tournament earlier this month, so I'm starting a new log. My goal is to get stronger and gain a little weight. By the way, I got 3rd (out of 6) in the 155 lb white belt division. Gimme a break, it was my first tournament.

I'm currently 5'11", 155 lbs.

So here's where I'm at.

Tuesday 5/27
squat 145 3x5
deadlift 245 1x5
ohp 70 3x5
rows 75 4x6

Thursday 5/29
squat 165 3x5. Pretty difficult because I didn't rest as much between sets, and I went up 20 lbs from last workout instead of the usual 10 lbs. That wasn't intentional, I misread the notes on my phone.

bench 115 3x5 Pretty easy. This may have been the weight I did last time. I really need to keep this log up.

pullups 4x7
 
Sunday 6/1

squat 165 3x5 this was still difficult even though it's the same weight I did last time.
deadlift 255 1x5
ohp 75 3x5
t bar rows 75 4x6
