I'll agree with half of that. I only care what scientists think, even if they don't have data their intuitive hunches still mean some thing. As far as I know no scientist working for USADA, SMRTL, or CSAC has gone on record and supported the claims of Novitzky or White. So it would appear to be nothing but bureaucratic bro-science at this point.
