As a Shogun fan him doing any kind of strength and conditioning is a win.

Because he knows a lot about fitness and shit like that, lol. Doesn't matter if the guy is a roider or not, if he knows what he's doing when it comes to S&C training and such, then that's all that matters.

Well, without pretending to know shit about S&C, I can only say that this at least looks way better than those sad videos from few months ago.

    No they don't

So the roided tattooed guy from the ancient thread ( "Shogun's new S&C coach is a badass" ... lol ) is a guido... " Giovanni training"

Looks he has no clue what he is making him do..
Deadlifting 100kg at best, pushing a strongman Yoke while being held, punching with a pulley, much pecs exercizes done see saw style...

I think Mike Dolce and Joe Grasso ( Cain's SnC trainer ) are beaten..
This shit looks like ultimate bro science..

And by the way Shogun looks terrible doing the agility ladder and sprinting..

Most roiders don't know jack shit about top SnC, for many reasons, one of them being the fact that they don't fucking know how to train someone natural ( as a roider can do almost anything and still progress, whereas someone natural especially at high level/elite level will react completely differently and need well thought training blocks ( recovers slower, injures himself more easily, also need to train smart to still be able to improve ))..

And that guy seems to know jack shit from what I saw in this vid.

Also most trainers have their fields of expertise and I doubt a bodybuilder is a specialist in the " athletic performance improvment " field..
This roid monkey looks 100x more like a " BRO " than a performance specialist judging by both his looks and the content of the video
I certainly know no top trainer in those fields that look like an overtattooed bodybuilder with pierced tits, stupid tanktops and a "Jersey Shore" cast member's face.

edit : pic to support my claims !

At least his T shirt sums up pretty well what we think of him and his " training" methods/videos
