He refused to marry his girlfriend, who he has been with since they were teenagers and has children with.

Because New Mexico doesn't have Common Law marriage, so she can't take 50% of his stuff if he doesn't marry her. That's just the kind of gentleman that Jon Jones is.

Given that the entire purpose of the 145 title was to get it to Cyborg and De Randamie knew it when she signed to fight Holm, her refusal to fight Cyborg was much more like an interim champion refusing to fight the undisputed champion than the other way around, and that's why it's a much bigger duck than any other in UFC or MMA history.

Let's not ignore the fact that GDR was just a fattened up BW like most of that division outside of Borg, Spencer and Anderson.

Literally the only career FW Borg faced in the UFC was Spencer, and that was like her 8th and final UFC fight lol. She won the belt against a fattened up BW Invicta champ making her UFC debut. Such a joke.

And GDR and her team didn't want to fight Cyborg not because of the TUE drugs, she didn't want to fight her for her roid use in general. Borg literally got popped for anabolic steroids which had nothing to do with weight cutting. She was a proven cheater.

Only reason she couldn't make 135 was because she juiced herself to the gills in her early days and didn't want to ever give up those advantages.
