On a scale of 1-10, how good do you think Ronda Rousey is?

1-just some chunky judo girl beating up on a bunch of glorified single moms, there are probably some ratchet hoes on worldstar that would give her a run for her money

3-She's a pretty good fighter "for a girl". However, there are plenty of female fighters and martial artists that are just as skilled if not more so and plenty of possible credible threats that she has yet to face. Her competition so far has left plenty to be desired, even by the weak standards of WMMA. Sooner or later, some gal will come along to expose the many holes in her game.

5-She's probably the best p4p female fighter but WMMA still has a long way to go. Cyborg is a serious threat to her, but you'd still favor Ronda. However, the comparisons between her and male fighters are absurd, but so are insecure guys on the internet that insist they'd destroy her without any training/experience in fighting/martial arts.

8-She would be able to defeat some ranked UFC FLW/BWs in submission grappling, and even compete with them in the cage given a favorable matchup. In terms of her skills as a mixed martial artist and her accomplishments in the sport, she is one of the best p4p fighters in MMA and deserves to be on such lists.

10-Joe Rogan's praise is not over the top, she is a historical almost mythical being and will go down in history as the greatest or most influential female athlete ever. She would defeat anyone in a fight remotely close to her size outside of male UFC championship caliber fighters, including Bryan Caraway and Floyd Mayweather Jr.

9/10. Rest of competion is at 5 or below

6.

She will probably go down as the greatest WMMA fighter ever, but face facts, women aren't naturally built as broad as men, she would get absolutely destroyed by ANY male in the UFC, her BJJ being the only thing she could rely on.

according to your scale probably a 6 or 7. She is definitely the best female mixed martial artist we have ever seen.

However, she would get MURDERED by any Legacy/RFA/Titan fighting level bantamweight, it is just biology.

Unfortunately we don't really know just how good she is because her opponents are crap. Bethe Correia just started training MMA 3 years ago to "lose weight". Most of her other opponents just started training MMA because they followed their boyfriend's into the gym one day. Rousey is a legitimate life-long athlete who has represented her country at the olympics and deserves the utmost respect. Her opponents however have been mediocre at best and cannot really give us a decent gauge of just how skilled Ronda is.

My 2 cents

Over 9000!

Maybe 9 since she wouldn't be favored to beat Caraway which is required for 10.

9/10.

However, in 10 years the womens div will be full of Rondas, shes just extremely talented at the beginning of the mma fight game for women.

The rest of the division now is full of 3/4s with a few one or two 6s Misha, jj.

Betche Started fighting at 28, i mean c'mon.

Also did u see the way honda throws punches, with all of her training and how far ahead she is, she still punches like a girl, theres someone (many) coming up or soon to come up in the next decade that will prob make honda look like forest griffin to andersons silva.

like if cyborg is a 10 ronda is a 8

8, possibly 9. Depending who you include, you could possibly go up to LW. There's even a FW interim champ she could outgrapple.

Somewhere between 3 and 5. Any male pro fighter wipes his ass with her, and most athletic men break her in half. However she beats almost any female her size, but most likely loses to Cyborg.

Five. I still think trained male MMA fighters will be able beat her with relative ease. Right now I think Cyborg is the only perceived threat to Ronda.

9, sans any comments regarding her fighting men in any way shape or form.

6-7. She's the Royce Gracie of WMMA...amazing for her time, but will be inevitably surpassed as the sport grows.

i pretty much agree with this comment but would give her a 7. the rest is spot on.
