O'Malley by Knockout

I didn't say "leagues above". Where did you get that? The other moron came at ME for saying Yan is better. Because you know...I actually watched them fight and Yan clearly won despite inept and/or crooked judging.

Wanna try again?
It wasn't directed at your post specifically just the notion in general is that Yan was robbed, which is impossible in a close fight, and that he is soooo much better than O'Malley.

If you think Yan was robbed you are a bozo. It was a very close decision hinging on round 1 which was a close round.

Buddy...25 media outlets scored the fight. And the number that scored it for Sean was...ZERO.

Yes, that was a robbery. There's not any other way to explain it. You're absolutely lost if you believe that wasn't a robbery.

And guess what? You can understand that was a blatant robbery and STILL understand that Yan and O'Malley are the same tier fighter.

Yea I'm well aware but thank you for parroting some obvious talking point like you are breaking news. Media scores mean shit to me I watched the fight, rewatched the fight and it was very close. If you don't see how someone might score round 1 for O'Malley idk what to tell you. We have nothing to discuss lol

I watched it too and if you believe that then I'm interacting with someone that doesn’t know what they're watching. 25 to zero and they mean "jack shit to you" is comical.

Someone like you that thinks they have insight but is lost...you're far worse than someone that's clueless but at least somewhat realizes it. Your insane bias influences objectivity to where you can't admit what's blatantly obvious to almost everyone.

I actually had a bet on O'Malley in that fight. The awful decision literally made me money. It was a GREAT robbery for me personally but I'm objective enough to know it was in fact a robbery. You...are one of two things. Either someone who really doesn't know much about the sport at all or someone who's bias overpowers their sense of objectivity. You'll deny it, and you'll be wrong. So yeah we can be done.

I mean, its definitely possible, but I think merab probably wins another decision. I'd like to see a finish either way thou, that's what championship fights are all about imo.

Nobody is saying Sean's a can.

Just that almost everyone who understands MMA knows Yan won that fight. As evidenced by every single member of the media picking Yan

It's weird when people deny blatantly obvious truths because they think it means something it doesn't.

Yan was absolutely robbed vs Sean. That's just insanely obvious. O'Malley is still a legit top tier BW. It's like if they admit he got a gift they're admitting he sucks. Which is far from the truth. Dude is good. He just got a ridiculous decision over another guy who's really good.

I don't think he's a can. And he definitely has very decent striking.

I'm not sure he'd ever earn a title shot legitimately in this division if he had to go through what 90% of fighters do. I.e. beating a series of ranked contenders (without heinous decisions) including different styles.

Yan, Sandhagen, Umar, Song etc.

He got a robbery win v Yan. Then a title fight with Aljo which is his only legit high level win. Fair play he did beat the champ. But he never should have been there.

He's then sat out after easily getting defeated by Merab 4-1 or 5-0 according to the vast majority of scorecards. His only success similar but a lesser level to Diaz v Leon. And somehow that merits a rematch after sitting around and doing fuck all.

No wonder guys who are a fan of sport and not simply WWE/sports entertainment are a bit put off by this.

Yeah there's no way he should be getting a rematch here and even those who think his title shot was warranted have to admit this.

If they don't, I assume they think Belal deserves a rematch. And basically every champ who loses a belt under any circumstance

If you think Yan beat Sean, you are retarded, there’s just no way around it. He got soundly outstruck in round 1 which was the deciding round, and the only thing Yan haters hold onto with their lives is that Yan held Sean down for part of the round and did nothing with it.

There’s no set criteria for who gets a rematch and who doesn’t. In this case there really isn’t anyone who stands out as more deserving than Sean. You could make arguments for a couple other guys (Yan not being one of them), but it isn’t some travesty that Sean is getting one.

I already know you're retarded man. You don't need more posts to convince me.

For sure.

I presume you're irritated by his image or him personally...

I'm not looking to be friends with dude, I'm analysing his fighting skills.

In terms of timing and striking, yes he's definitely special vs. the majority in his division.

'user name checks out', try being original fam. Yawnfest.
Try vs the majority of the UFC roster.
