Before anyone has starts panicking about Mara Romero Borella she is still scheduled for
August 3rd against Lauren Murphy but where Miranda Granger figures into things is she
is fighting Hannah Goldy in a newly announced fight that brings the card up to 12 fights.

I found out something Interesting about Amanda Bobby Cooper's Invicta deal in
the form of it is for Phoenix Rising Flyweights only where she is in the similar
situation that Kailin Curren was in which is everything is on the line meaning
do well she has a full time contract but lay up short in the first round no contract
and she'll have to continue fighting independent shows.

For real. Somehow it feels like Hill is involved in a-third of all UFC WMMA bouts these days.
I guess Hill has to fight 2x as much while her gf penne is inactive. Hopefully she can get back in the W column vs Nunes here (I'm surprised she's 27, looks like she could be 17).

I have an unsubstantiated theory on Jessica Penne. It was the same one I had with Rin Nakai. She is trying to stretch out the time before her next fight in the hope 105 div is picked up. I think Rin did something similar with the 125 div but did not wait long enough because it did eventually came.

Hope it never happens. 105 is absolutely redundant division

Atomweight is Popular with Invicta & King Of The Cage along with the independent promoters
but big picture that particular division won't take off with UFC or Bellator since it only adds to
already crowded rosters.

Eubanks vs. Correia should have the makings of loser leaves town match... Betch would be 0-3-1 since her last victory and even if UFC probably isn't as eager to throw Eubanks to the wolves as I am, 4-4 record with two losses straight shouldn't really give her much to hang on to.

Popular how? Ratings are up when atomweights fight?

The biggest problem with this division - EVERYBODY cuts. It's not a natural division for even 1 girl in the world.

I'm not a fan of either. Hannah is active having decent kicks and td defense but 0 footwork and throws arm punches. Miranda is...a really tall, super skinny chick for strawweight.

As for as 105, the division interests me as much as 145 - which, obviously, isn't a lot.

This isn't even a little bit true.

IFMA going on right now, 48kg is the largest bracket this year, with 51kg in third, and 45kg being fairly stacked also. With a few exceptions, almost everyone there cuts less weight than your average mma fighter.

I totally did not expect to start a conversation about 105. Since the conversation is already going I think 105 could fight for 2nd or 3rd best female division if it were not split in so many promotions and given 1 or 2 years of growth. Fighters like Tecia and Carla might be able to look as good as they did earlier in their careers before a lot of the big girls dropped to 115.

Edit: Put all the top 105ers from RIZIN, ONE, Combate, KOTC and Invicta I think you have potential for a very good division.
