Danielle Taylor (oft-criticized for being dull) putting on a beating for Invicta.

Comeback of year in a single fight
The Invicta woman who was losing till the last 20 seconds when whatsername over extended on a takedown.
Jo Jo IIRC was getting dominated most of the fight until she got a submission from bottom position.
Tons of youtube type fights. I love those.

I don't think Spencer vs Sorenson was all that close, it was just that Fee was getting worse as the fight whent on and the possibility of her gassing made it likely pam might turn it around, but irrc Fee won 3 rounds and finished her.

Maybe it's not better than Rose/jj 2 or Aldana/pudilova but..
Esparza vs Gadelha should get some credit here as one of the best female fights this year was a great back and forth fight the underdog carla arguably being robbed.

If it was possible I would say both Pearl Gonzalez & Jessica Eye
for comeback fighter of the year do to finding 3 wins each after
making weight class changes or being forced to start over after
getting a pink slip from a previous employer.

The Invicta fight in question was Jacobson vs Hansen where Sharon Jacobson ended up doing
a belly flop resulting in her getting her arm grabbed by Kay Hansen on the way down.

I got to go with Eye over Pearl due to difficulty of opponents.
Eye's opponents record = 38 - 15
Most notable win vs former number 1 contender Katlyn Chookagian

Pearls opponents records = 20 - 9
Most notable win Kali Robbins
She has a win over Brazilian Diane Firmino with a better overall record than Kali but its one of those Brazilian circuit padded records.

Brianna Van Buren was at Championship weight for Bantamweight (135 lbs) on fight
night after weighing 115.2 a day earlier.
