Thought on Lee Escudero line? -200 Lee?

I just watched Escudero's UFC fights (his second run) and I'm not favouring Lee as much as I thought I would albeit I am yet to rewatch Lee's fights. His standup is actually decent he had both Santos and Lima hurt standing. His big weakness is his tdd which obviously is not great facing Lee. But will Lee fight sensibly and use his takedowns? He seems to have fallen in love with his hands, and while Escudero only has two TKO wins as I mentioned earlier, he hurt Santos and Lima so he has some power. Santos only has two TKO wins including the Lee fight, and while his standup looked greatly improved should we be questioning Lee's chin?

I'm hoping I still like Lee here after re-watching his fights as I was pretty high on him before the Santos fight, but he has to open no higher than -200 for me to consider putting him in a parlay (my current thinking before re-watching Lee's fights). The other option is Lee decision as Escudero is tough to finish.
 
Escudero is a tough guy, decisions many times but fights much on heart and will. Still reckon kevin should look better here just more explosive and athletic and has that momentum but yeah not a solid prediction since Efrain makes fights close.

From that interview about Whitt sounds like he is going to stick and move and counter, sounds like he is wanting to avoid the clinch and take down natal game, it should work for whitt but natal is also great at playing his style when he wants, great live betting fight again.

Still like barboza but yeah pettis does not have to worry about grappling or being taken down so we may see killer pettis but imo pettis has to play this a bit safe, 2 straight losses he just needs a victory here over a top fighter to stay in the picture, I still feel barboza could decision him.

Do agree with MM just being on another level in speed and his scrambling is excellent, cedujo is a pretty big and strong guy so its going to be interesting to see if he can any game going or at least bring those mm odds down to playable levels !
 
I have a hard time seeing Efrain win besides a close, controversial decision. I think we'll see a line with value after Lee's loss.

That's what I'm hoping for the bookies went a bit Lee crazy think he closed at -700 against Santos.
 
East – They gave me Harris, but hopefully after I put him away, I move up to a more known person. My last fight head kick finish was like autopilot, it was text book, I planned it. I’m better than Harris in every aspect, he’s tough, I’m a boxer first but I can put him on his back and finish him off, I can control the fight (with wrestling), I will catch him, I just want big fights, I want to fight Ngannou or Lewis, I finish all my fights, training with Jones and Overweem (helping me mimic Southpaws), I’m prepared. I was on Dana’s show, they want me to win. I can go as far as I want, I predict KO

I think the O2.5 has the most value in the barboza/pettis fight. I got it at +100 for 2.5u.

Pettis was supposed to be more aggressive in his fight against Alvarez, since he was coming off of an embarrassing loss, yet he lost a split-decision due to inactivity on the feet against a guy who gave him plenty of opportunity to strike in-between the wall-and-stall.

Also, what type of aggression do you expect from Pettis? He's known as a kicker because his hands aren't good. It's unlikely he gets a take down to usehis superior BJJ skills. So then we have a kicking battle, where Barboza kicks a lot more, he kicks harder, and he kicks faster, and he also has heavier hands and faster hand speed.

If I had to choose, I'd take o2.5 at +100.
 
Petts' went to Jackson's for 2 weeks.. then finished up back at home

Thats what i'm on.

Pettis has never been an aggressive fighter, and Barboza's clear kryptonite are guys that put non stop pressure on him and stay in his face. This could be a close fight, but I think Pettis needs to find the kill shot to win. I can't see him out kickboxing Barboza in the center for 3 rounds.

Was my lean when it was first announced, nice to see other regs on barboza, thought it was only me thinking he has a good chance here its his style and nature to decision pettis here.

Still waiting on them props on b365, but its hard not to put some action on that +290 line.
