Official Titanfall Thread

Seriously getting my ass handed to me. I am always positive but that is because of the AI.
Loving this game though!!!!

I want to play, but just haven't been able to lately. I'm far from bored of it. Just gota find the time. Game is awesome and will only get better.

Yea I played the game last night again to give it another chance. It was a lot more fun than the first time around but the AI is killing this game for me. I seriously can't stand that the AI is in this game it's so distracting and kills my mood everytime I think I'm shooting a real person but it's just a bot.

I'm going to be returning my X1 this weekend the game is ok and I can wait for TF2 on PS4. Hopefully by then they remove all the AI or at least give us the option to customize.
 
I tried playing this after not playing for a couple weeks and got sick of it in under 5 minutes. There is something about unloading a full car magazine and not getting a kill then getting killed through a wall with a sidewinder that really pissed me off.

If you play hard point the AI rarely gets in the way. They are totally pointless, though. I would have greatly preferred larger maps and 7 on 7 or something instead.

Strange. I've never experienced an issue like that. Connection or input lag issue, maybe?
 
im on PC for another hour or so.

Surprisingly, the 360 version looks just fine.. The game isn't a graphical powerhouse by any means.

This guy is a moron. He already has a PC so why did he buy an X1 just for Titanfall? And in regards to it being "the same" as the 360 version, it's not "the same" when you admit the fps are better and the graphics are better. By his logic the 360 version is exactly the same as the PC version so he might as well sell that, too.

And this is all coming from someone who DID buy an X1 in 2013 almost exclusively to play Titanfall and is disappointed by the game. That's not Microsoft's fault, though. That's the power of marketing and my own damn fault for believing this game was something special.

I am having a hard time getting to the evacuation points some times. Seems like they made them impossible to get to on purpose.

It doesn't.
I was like "wtf?" when I saw the graphics for the campaign cutscenes. Very lame. Almost as if they downgraded them graphic on purpose, just to be pricks. I know the 360 is capable of better graphics than what Titanfall has to offer during the cutscenes.

The gameplay graphics are on par with any CoD. Not super crisp like the videos on the web that showcase the Xbone or the PC versions. But the game is as fun as hell and I am loving it.

All the complaints I have been reading about the Jumpkick, the AI, the weapon selection, the weapon attachments, etc etc, is just crybaby bullshit afaic. This game delivers fast paced FPS multiplayer fun, end of story.

Exactly. Whats more annoying than anything is the devs of this game refuse to listen to any suggestions on how to improve it.

"We've already tried more players 6v6 is the best"
"We're not removing bots they're essential to the game"

I understand these guys might be a little reluctant to listen to anyone when it comes to how to make their games because of what they went through. At this point though they are swinging a little to far in the oppossite direction.

No one has ever complained about a MP game being to cuztomizable. Theres a reason for that.
