It SHOULD have had a campaign though. Saying it was MP-only doesn't forgive the lack of content, especially for $60.

Why COD and BF both have worthless campaigns that no one plays, I'd rather them just pay attention to the modes people actually play.
 
Dude. They don't even have a Horde mode, or a way to play against bots. C'mon.
 
I personally agree that they should ahve knocked the price down considering the resources they didn't sink into a Campaign. But I still paid for it.
 
the more I play the less I am liking this game. Soo much cheap shit people just spam over and over . Get tired of being blown up by the triple threat bukakke.
 
Angry Joe's review is pretty much how I feel about the game


cliffs -
Cons:
No private lobbies or clan support.
Campaign sucks, might as well not even be in the game.
It's pretty barebones for a multiplayer only game.

Pros:
Mech aside infantry combat is done fluidly, balanced.
It's fun. what it does, it does very well.
Good map selection.

Overall 7/10

There's a lot more for both, but those are the ones that stuck out. Luckily the cons are things that can be improved through DLC and patches. I'd love to see a competitive scene for this game, seeing as how COD ghosts sucks wang and Halo's comp scene has been dead since reach.

Pretty much like any other shooter when the base of it's users get leveled and figure out the exploits it makes the game awful. Not to mention I have had 3 different users turn completely around while I was cloaked and in mid air instantly start hitting me . So now xbox has Aimbot too , not just PC. Sweet
 
Balancing adjustments and general changes
- The damage indicator from Electric Smoke is now much more noticeable
- Search Drones will now show up in Classic Modes of Angel City
- Arc grenade/mine effects no longer draw on friendly Pilots and Titans
- Lowered the point value of defensive actions in Hardpoint mode and CTF. WTF
- Increased the score limit in Attrition
- Flag Return points reduced- Are they retarded
- Flag Carrier killed points reducedWhy not just make all modes deathmatch
- Explosives detonated by Dead Man's Trigger are now slightly delayed
- Explosives detonated by Dead Man's Trigger now play a warning sound before exploding Stupid, defeats the purpose
- Slightly decreased the damage of the Smart Pistol when not locked onto a Pilot
- Slightly decreased the hip-fire accuracy of the Smart Pistol
- Certain Burn Cards could be exploited to give multiple uses
- Evac Dropships are now more responsive to Pilots entering them
- Hacking a Mega Turret will now restore it's health to full
- Cluster Missiles damage reduced against Evac Dropships

Not going to lie, I am kind of bored of it already. It just feels like too much of the same stuff out there.

Reducing points for playing the objective in ctf and hard points? Seriously? What in the world...

Really buddy? That is kinda like the objective... You know, defend the point.

If they wanted to encourage attacking they should have done so that when your team hold only 1 base then defense gives less and when holding 2 or 3 it gives much more to defend.

Im not saying defense is not important but when you lose a game of hardpoint and half your team has a bunch of defense points and hardly any attack points its like come on. Im out there working my butt off trying to cap points and killing players like crazy while getting killed in the process and one person gets 2000 defense points with a 2-2 score while mine is 1200 attack with 11-5 kill ratio and we lose. That person hardly did anything but gets just as much or more score than i get, people were farming points off of the system and not playing objectively.

I can see your point but the patch doesn't solve shit.

As I said, the goal is to attack in order to defend so we can actually win the game and people just rush points after points instead of defending. Which makes for armchair battles that are as useful as tossing a coin to win...

And even if you finish with less overall score as an attacker you got much more rewards in terms of cards, challenges and XP than a defender. Attacking was already more interesting than defending since the start.

Now it's gotten worse, there's not even an incentive to defend properly for an individual.

I'm completely fine with someone having 4000pts of defense and few attacks/kills score, that dude does its job, he's preventing the other team from taking a point which allow the rest of the team to take a 2nd point.

What sucks is when the whole team is camping the same point in defense which does not contribute to the victory, as such there are MULTIPLE solution to prevent that from happening, yet they chose the one that makes the less sense and is almost game breaking. May as well just play attrition.
