Yes he is. But the point is you didn't need to wait for him to lose to Parker to understand that he was very limited fighter.

You just needed a pair of eyes.
Yeah, we all saw he was crude, lol, he fell off, you’re not Nostradamus or any of the other dips acting like smug asses right now, plenty of professional names stood in front of Wilder with the same smug prediction in their mind before waking up looking at lights. Wilder won die hard fans by being an exciting fighter, his fans aren’t the stubborn blind c*nts you think they are, they just liked big knockouts. He turned in a bad fight at 38. If you knew it all along show us how much you bet on it. Should have been ALOT of money you threw down.

I think the people who are saying he looked bad have always questioned his legitimacy at heavyweight
Yeah, but when it’s been for ten years straight and he finally loses bad gloating is pretty pointless. If he sucked so bad it shouldn’t take until 38 for him to look “exposed finally”, they sound like giant babies

Would be funny to see Wilder vs AJ now. Wilder barely looked like a top 100 HW.
The funniest part is Wilder can still absolutely win
He's still the same unskilled boxer with a big right and AJ still has a shaky chin
Obviously AJ favored but I don't think that's impossible for Wilder to win
We've seen him outboxed plenty of times to slump guys with one shot

Wilder is what he is. At times a better boxer than many of his haters ever gave him credit for. However, very limited at times & saved by his Hail Mary freakish power.

Dude is like 38 and has fought 1 round in 2 years. The ring rust and timing showed. Which is 100% his own fault for just always being an inactive HW.

Even before this fight many people were claiming that this may be the best version of Parker. However, Parker still isn't really good enough to beat the top younger guys that Fury, AJ, & Wilder have avoided for years.

Wilder also is way more durable and has a hell of a lot better chin than his critics gave him credit for.

His critics were right though about him pretty much over achieving based off his thin resume, inactivity, and not fighting too many prime top prospects.

End of an era for one of my favorite fighters.

He should look to take a freak show fight with Ngannou. Or potentially exciting gatekeeper fights with Big Baby Anderson, or Arslembek. Even Joyce if he comes back. Maybe even a DDD.

Parker, Joyce, Zhang, Hrgovic should all be getting a shot at AJ or the Usyk Fury winner.

No more holding up the division with Wilder vs. AJ talks.

If he fights Hrgovic thats yet another dangerous high risk, low reward fight for AJ, win or lose dude just keeps them coming

Yet there are still fans that think he’s been ducking fury and wilders all these years??

Ronaldo has that - wish this stinking breath alcoholic would stop screaming over me expression 😅
I can only imagine how he felt from past experiences. I had 2 red head friends that talked more than girls, especially when drunk. They weren't delusional like Conor though and they were actually funny. Conor is so fucking annoying.

Conor is trying to butter up the Saudis to get a big money fight.

Calm down champ, that white armor you've strapped on seems so heavy that it might cause you to gas out.

I didn't say I knew Parker would win. I wasn't about to throw down cash on him to survive Wilder after seeing how Joyce knocked him out. I am talking about Wilder's career in hindsight.

Parker and then AJ were Wilder's chances to forge a legacy despite his severe limitations as a fighter that we could all see.

But he failed to take that chance. And he is left with not much of a legacy. That may upset you, but it is what it is.

Boxing is really sad sometimes. I still remember when Wilder vs Joshua could have been the biggest fight in boxing history a few years ago. Instead of booking it they just kept “career managing” themselves into near irrelevance. Years later we’re still speculating about whether or not they’ll fight, except now they’re fighting for the title of which one was less overrated.

It's just better to remember that this isn't pro-wrestling. If Wilder or AJ derailed fights vs each other or Fury because they weren't good enough to get past guys like Ruiz or Parker, then these mega-fights just weren't quite as 'mega' in the first place as the promotional hype would have you believe.

Boxing promotion is so obsessed with avoiding Ls on records that fans internalize it. Fans forget that it's not in their interests to watch guys crush cans and avoid tough fights to protect their record, just so they can buy into fake hype and delude themselves that these guys are unstoppable.

Better for fans to just have guys fight legit competition regularly and take random Ls along the way.

Wilder deserves credit for his Fury performances, but his resume is one of the most fraudulent. The guy had the most protected title run I have ever seen. During his reign, he somehow never fought Klitschko, Haye, Povetkin, AJ, Whyte, Chisora, Parker, Ruiz, etc.

He was an exciting fighter, but very protected. He’s a heavyweight Munguia basically.

I thought Joshua looked very good in there. He still put himself out of position at times throwing power shots, with his straight right hand & left hook in particular, but he was smart enough to recognize it and smother afterwards. He also showed patience in there when he had Wallin hurt. I really liked that heavy straight right to the body. It was bothering Wallin. His corner made the right decision to stop the fight. He had nothing for him and just would've been brutally kayoed.
