Just like if I got Tom Brady to QB my football team and we played some commemorative game overseas, it wouldn't be indicative of the NFL.

It's true. The issue with boxing is each promotion is different -- some great, others, not so much. On average, there are more delays than with the UFC but it just depends. However, this is an extroardinarily long time and is indicative of a freak show nature of the fight/event

However, people who know and love boxing know that it just varies and it's not entirely indicative of the overall sport
