Maybe your perception but has nothing to do with tonight’s showTurki seems like he has everything to do with every major combat sport promotion at this point.

If I have to guess … PBC will do Fundora vs Jesus Ramos (Mono) … and would not be surprised if they do Fundora vs Thurman …Tszyu got broken in the last round, it looked like Fundora was giving up the jab and foolishly engaging Tszyu in close, but he broke him physically and mentally by showing Tim he could hang with him in close and that there was no magic solution to winning the title that wouldn't involve him taking a beating. I'm intrigued by who Fundora will face next.
Ortiz would be my first choice
Fundora has really grown in confidence since getting crushed by Mendoza, and Tszyu is headed the opposing direction. I always find it wild how replacement opponents sometimes alter the trajectory of a fighter's career. Ruiz in for Big Baby Miller vs. Joshua and Thurman pulling out to be replaced by Fundora for Tszyu.Pac looked better than I thought he would.
Also would of thought he would of got the nod in a close fight just due to storybook favoritism.
Could have gone either way so cant complain with the outcome. Pretty impressive for him to be this competitive with ranked and championship caliber fighters at his age. Hats off to him.
Was interesting & disappointing to see Tzyu break mentally like that. Fundora put a beating on him again. Ate Tim's best shots too. What a career swing. 3 pretty bad beatings totally changed his mindset. Smart though. Wish he could of had some bigger paydays & fights first.
He dared to take on some pretty dangerous dudes & paid a price. Cost him some of the bigger more lucrative fights. Now people are going to write him off & out of title contention.
Yeah. A lot of people had him winning the Charlo fight if that didn't get botched multiple times... I dont see it, but yeah chaos effect. Might of had a totally different run if weren't for multiple big name pulloutsFundora has really grown in confidence since getting crushed by Mendoza, and Tszyu is headed the opposing direction. Sure Tszyu would have lost eventually stepping up in competition but maybe he would have handled defeat better if he didn't go on a 3 fight skid. He might not even have gotten in the ring with Bakhram if he beat Thurman and maybe got the Crawford fight and a loss instead, but his reputation wouldn't suffer from that the way it has with what actually happened.
Now he's kinda done in terms of getting immediate title shots and will have to face more solid contenders who will be eager to add his name to their resume.
come on man he uprooted Thurman a bonified prospect borderline post retirment alreadyPac looked better than I thought he would.
