Silent Hill 2 was rotated into the ps plus extra catalogue, just in time for Halloween. Despite universal high praise, SH2 sat unpurchased on my wish list because I couldn't justify paying $93.49 + 13% (queue "you sound poor") for the experience as nostalgia wasn't a factor, gaming time is limited and there's always something else to play. Plus I'm not overly fond of the horror genre outside of the Resident Evil series.

Even though I haven't been a subscriber to ps plus for over 2 years, I'm still able to access ps plus games and online functionality because I gameshare with a friend who is an active ps plus extra subscriber. It's hard to imagine Sony won't change the way gamesharing works between consoles at some point in the future to stop freeloaders like me from skirting around the system, but for now I'll enjoy the benefits.

Looking forward to turning off the lights and getting into this one!

I heard Remedy’s CEO just stepped down, maybe because Firebreak didn’t do so well. I tried it once, and while it had something going for it, the objectives just felt kinda flat and boring. Still waiting on the Alan Wake TV show that will probably never happen. Probably because Annapurna has fallen on some hard times. I'm surprised that AMC let the rights slip away considering one of their current biggest hits "From" would fit neatly with an Alan Wake TV show.

Korean games have been really great. Looking like another banger coming to PlayStation. Wouldn't be surprised if this isn't out until PS6 though.

This game looks great. At first glance, I thought it was an MMO but it appears to be single player.

Here's an interesting trailer. This is a game that PlayStation helped with. It's part of the China Hero Project. It says "coming soon" but I doubt it releases this year. Looks awesome.

What title to break her in? Make sure it's Enhanced.

Returnal and Yotei look ridiculous and are two I've experienced. Forbidden West will be incredible too.

Two titles I've heard from friends but haven't experienced myself are apparently AC Shadows looks super good on the Pro and, too, GT7 if you're into racers.

Very nice. I've heard of the LG G5 (supposedly fantastic) but not C5. I've been interested in the Sony A95L set for a while and this gets compared by gamers to the G5 for one reason or another (only reason I know it).

65'' is huge. Harder to track movement in comp shooters at that size for me. Cinematic SP titles or anything immersive will be dreamy, though. The soundscape you have with those speakers must be awesome.

100 where Yotei will shine. The first time you mount your steed and ride into this field is like...holy ****, incredible. I honestly didn't know if I should just enjoy it or take screenshots, lol.

This is a pretty huge deal. I hope this gets more attention on here. I've been super impressed with cloud gaming on the Portal. It's been more reliable for me than streaming from the PS5 directly.

Also very impressive list. Most games on my wish list are here. Dragon Quest Remakes, Trails in the Sky Remake, Hell is Us, and MK Legacy Collection just to name a few I've been eyeing after I'm done with Ghost of Yotei. Speaking of Yotei, that's here too
