On behalf of Sherdog we need to intervene and ask you to re evaluate your priorities sir.

When you look back 10 years from now, what do you think will matter more? Winning that case, or spending an entire weekend grinding and completing repetitive tasks in a ps5 game to increase your trophy count?

I’m not following. I said I will wait until after the hearing is over before going out to buy the PS5 Pro.

If it was me the latter would take priority lol.

@Valhoven Have you been keeping up with Greedfall 2? I decided to look into the company after everything that was going on with the industry. I didn't realize they changed the combat in Greedfall 2 to be more like BG3. Not bad to me necessarily but I did enjoy the combat for 1 so slightly disappointing.

@52:00 is when the combat game play starts. Otherwise the gameworld does look great.

Thanks so much. This is news to me and an interesting direction. I wonder if the universal success and praise for BG3 had them pivot… Going to watch more of this later tonight.

Holy shit I was a few days away from buying the man who erased his name. I wanted it to be my next game and deluxe was on sale for like $30. So this works out for me. Also wanted to try that Gundam game but reviews don't look great.

Thought about posting this in the Marvel Rivals thread but I think it deserves to be here. Glad to see this showing up in the game.

I was impressed by the season pass vanity for both Wolverine and Rocket (Raccoon). Looks like some Van Helsing vampire hunter stuff and goes hard, IMO.

I stopped playing Widow because she’s honestly pretty doo-doo and a major liability in CQ. I’m a marksman in shooters generally so overstayed my welcome there out of pride. Play now more support role with Rocket and love the wall-scurry passive.

Thanks for the update.

Has anyone played this Atlas Fallen game? This shit actually looks pretty good and Steam reviews aren't bad either. Most negative reviews seem to be about some annoying person who want shut up which maybe got patched by now.

I might check that out too and just watch a recap. Loved Yakuza 0 but don’t have the time to play 1 through 6. It would take me like a full year or longer of playing nothing but Yakuza. I heard this one is quite short so might be fun to play between some other releases this year. That new Like a Dragon pirate game looks fun but probably going to wait for deep sale. Of all things I’m most excited for Project Century. Reminds me of Sleeping Dogs and I’m really hoping it starts off with a new cast of characters. I was into the Lost Judgement games because they started off new so it was easy to get into but sadly I heard they stopped making them because of an issue with one of the actors involved

Yea it took me years to catch up because I don't like playing the same series back to back. It was easier for me though because I just rushed through these games, the side activities just don't interest me. Honestly Yakuza 0,1,2 and 6 are the only ones I found worth playing. The rest are just kind of meh.

Project century is one of the games I'm looking forward to the most honestly. The setting looks incredible. I enjoyed the two lost judgement games as well but yea it's a shame they are done. I like the new JRPG combat system they've done but honestly I really enjoyed the beat em up of the mainline series and I don't want them to abandon that.

I think they kept his little side kick annoying but the main VA was replaced with Ben Starr. He actually sounds different from Clive in this game but still recognizable. Sadly I did buy the game when it was 60 percent off but only was a few hours in before I got distracted into playing something else. Surprised they would add it to the service quickly after they included the huge reign of sand update. Oh well, fortunately most games that get added to the service I don’t own. Probably best to ignore reviews prior to October 2024 because the update was pretty big.

Want to try it too. Currently still playing Metroidvania FIST courtesy of Plus, which has been fun. Want to see if I can 100 it but like a curse, map discovery percentage has in the past glitched for me on these type games and I end up riding into the sunset at 99.3% whatnot.

Same guy that got the Nintendo switch 2 reveal correct is saying that there will be a state of play in February. Since we’re getting Expedition 33 and DOOM info from Microsoft next week I really hope this state of play brings us updates on Ghost of Yotei, Hell is Us, Judas, Reanimal, and Little Nightmares 3. Id also welcome stellar blade and lies of p dlc

Demon’s Souls was the game to buy a PS5 for at launch and it reviewed well. Who the fuck thought it was a good idea to put that talented team on live service junk? I thought the whole point of acquiring new studios was to give them that task, not studios known for single player games. This sucks, that means no new games from these studios this gen. I understand that a successful live service game can generate income for the big single player stuff but at this point they’ve got to be burning cash. They’re certainly wasting time at the very least. Such a shame, Microsoft of all companies might bail out Sony the next couple of years with their ports lmao. They got to turn this around soon though. Focus on what made you famous Sony
