You’re continuing to make the same mistake. Your need for tribalism is skewing your logic.
None of the discussion has anything to do with Trump or his lack of policy. “It’s still better than Trump” is low-IQ thinking.
You need a lesson on your border right now? How about the Afghanistan debacle? How about fascist government mandates? We could go for days.
It is relevant because Trump ran everything himself and his entire staff was a bunch of sycophants. Like Jared Kushner had the ability to make up the gap in knowledge and governmental administration that Trump lacked. It is relevant because the government basically just quit functioning under Trump. Trump screwed up the response to COVID. Trump completely did nothing to deescalate the riots. Trump ran up record deficits while reducing corporate taxes during a recovering Obama economy. He did his best to wreck universal healthcare while never putting a replacement together because "who knew healthcare was complicated?" Maybe, Trump could have gotten by being in charge of everything and just telling his sycophants what to do if he wasn't amazingly incompetent and uninformed. So, no. I don't have to defend the fact that Biden is an old man when he isn't screwing everything up left and right. He has staff that he works with that still manages. I don't have to care about Biden anything if I am content with the results from his administration.
