Yup, they even have Harpy flares that you can use to call them if there is somewhere you need to go but can't reach.

Thats how I figured it out. I was trying to get to a seeker token that I couldn't reach and my pawn told me to use a harpy flare.

The Sphinx has a better one. Although she's missing nipples for some reason.

Also she has literally the worst quest I've ever come across in a video game. I'm supposed to go to the first seeker token I ever found and something will be there. I have no clue where that is.

Make that your priority quest and then choose a pawn from the rift with that quest knowledge.
