I'm having so much fun with it. It's easily the best BR game imo. I can't remember the last online multiplayer game i enjoyed as much as this. Trying to convince my friends to try it, only had an hour on it with a friend and the other has downloaded it but not played yet.

It's annoying getting hit with shitty randoms that fuck about and wander off alone but on the other hand it's great getting like-minded helpful players in matches that you click with straight away. obviously that is harder to come by though.

Yea I'm at the very end of Leon A too. I at least need to try and finish it this weekend. Going to try and get up early before my cousin gets up and knock it out. Also taking off tomorrow because I feel like it so I might do it then.

Yea I've always just enjoyed hoping into a BR game after playing something else just to have a few rounds of fun and I move on. This is the first time I've played a BR game alone and actually want to keep playing for hours. I'll play this for 3 hours at home easily and still want more.

The one thing I do enjoy about being with randoms is how easy they made it to communicate with your team without mics. I feel it's helped make teams stick together better. If your on PC feel free to add me. Me and my cousin always play but we almost never have a third person. Method114 - origin.

Yea me and my cousin were playing Rainbow Six Siege a lot before this so we got used to "sound whoring". He's really really good at it, I'm decent.

Agreed the ping system is great, i don't use a mic when playing with randoms so it's ideal for me that it works well.
 
3 games zero kills for me, lol. Ive never really played the Battle Royale genre but Im really enjoying this so far. I tried Player Unknown but I couldnt get into it. Even though Im getting my ass handed to me Im thoroughly enjoying this.

I learned it in black ops, with the sound perks it was brutal and I could pin point people at 20ft!

This seems to be a comment that comes up quite regularly. Respawn have done well to make a game that folk enjoy despite being woeful at it (myself included).
 
Game is awesome, being in the Titanfall universe the learning curve isn't steep outside of learning the commands. Just wish I was better. I feel like such a noob getting thrown into lobbies with people that have hundreds of kills lol spend all that time getting geared up but punked after 1 or 2 firefights haha

I don't play this game at all, my friends and family do though. I see this tournament on twitch. Watch a former CSGO pro Skadoodle dick these BR nerds free and the commentary pretends like its impressive. A former pro CSGO player, is going to fucking destroy these geeks. Same with Shroud, even if he sucked. CS skills transfer to every FPS game but not the other way around. It's so damn weird.

CS Go maps and the Apex map have very little in common

The powers system also makes the comparison silly

The revive after downed system also further distances the comparison

So yes, I'm making fun of you for shitting on a game you think lines up with CS Go because it's FPS

Give me a wingman and the lmg that uses heavy ammo and we're in business. I hate the submachine guns. They're completely useless unless you have a purple extended mag. So far I've won 3 and have been in the top 3 5 times. I love TFs gunplay and overall style and this feels a lot like TF.

The only gun I think that's good with light ammo is the scout rifle. I'd enjoy being on a team with good communication. I feel like I'd win a lot more. Two of the teams I won with we were communicating with the ping system so it works out.

I think respawn did a fantastic job with the whole pinging. It's very easy to communicate when people don't have mics but I feel there is a clear difference with mics.

The fact you think the maps have anything to do with the mechanics or the decision making or fundamentals required to be a top CS player shows me you're not good at any FPS. From recoil control, shoulder peaking, baiting, prefiring, trading, information gathering etc. Apex Legends gives you way more space and time to do all of these things. Just stop bruh.
