So it sounds like Muslim terrorists are angry at Obama's reluctance to identify acts as terrorism as Muslim, so... they're commanding their lone wolf Jihadists to target white people, so the attackers can't possibly be mistaken as random hate-criminals instead of Islamist extremists.
