Does is screw up the amino acid profile? Maybe it's just not a good idea with whey.

I know that the heating process with cooking eggs actually makes the egg whites more digestible by unraveling the strands of protein (effectively hydrolyzing them). So the Rocky egg white drink is actually just a myth. Too bad. I actually got a charge off how hardcore it was.
