Before the fight, I was laughed at when I said it was a mere assumption Conor could hang with all of the top 10 LW strikers, not because he sucks, Conors great, but Pettis, RDA, Diaz, Ferguson, Barboza, etc are all fucking murderers at striking compared to Chad Mendes.

I said before the fight I take Pettis. I stand by that. I know Nate is tough in the chin, but Pettis wouldn't have even eaten as many shots imo.

Chin or defense- im going with pettis he went 5 rounds with rda without doing the chicken dance once, conor was stunned by diaz, partially cause his defense isn't great.

I think pettis wins, conors game is all revolved around that left hand, his right hand doesnt do much, and his kicks setup the left hand.

Pettis is a great fighter, his Achilles heel is pressure fighters, Conor puts pressure on, but could Conor maintain it? After seeing the Diaz fight the answer is no, also Conor didn't like getting cracked clean by Diaz, and Pettis can crack harder than Nate. Pettis wins most times IMO.
