I really think it's important to understand what led mueller NOT to interview the president...but after finding out, harping on it is pointless, Mueller is a model for investigation like this, he's probably nowhere near perfect, but it's important people see him as impartial for the future so a future investigation isn't corroded as Trump tried desperately to do here. Mueller did as good as job as anyone could have under incredibly difficult and overwhelming circumstances and has the respect of most people who have known him for a long time so if he didn't interview the president, tough shit and he probably had a good reason whether some people like it or not.
