lol. re: obstruction - it doesn't matter if there was a crime or not, just if there was an investigation into it.
Just because you are later found innocent of murder, if you witness tamper while you are on trial, you are still guilty of obstruction.
Also the lead investigator didn't conclude as such. He gave the evidence for and against to the AG. Are you even following the updates? "Mr. Mueller set “out evidence on both sides of the question and leaves unresolved what the special counsel views as ‘difficult issues’ of law and fact concerning whether the president’s actions and intent could be viewed as obstruction.”
We don't know why he let Barr make the decision, but calling the matter difficult issues of law and fact is not declaring that no obstruction occured.
