The inescapable conclusion here is that Mueller is a coward. He punted on charging Trump with obstruction and didn’t charge Don Jr. with campaign finance violations for trying to get dirt on Hillary from the Russians in that Trump Tower meeting. Mueller and the SDNY prosecutors don’t have the balls to indict anyone higher up than Michael Cohen and they’re trying to get by with giving us Cohen as a scapegoat.

Extend that logic further though. Mueller, Comey, the whole lot of them Republicans. Mueller never gave a shit about justice from the beginning of this thing. It's a convenient distraction , they locked up a few dudes from the campaign and let the big fish walk, like Republicans always do.
