A more appropriate analogy would be your friend is accused of murder, then it turns out that no one actually got murdered.

The murder investigation can still be obstructed though. And there were actual crimes.


Mueller probably wouldn't have punted if he could easily and definitively say there's no evidence of obstruction. He was willing to do that for collusion though.

A reasonable interpretation prior to seeing the details is there is evidence, it just isn't clear due to constitutional power and the difficulty of proving corrupt intent. I don't expect to see Trump getting an obstruction charge, but I'd still like to see what is the evidence Mueller laid out that Barr references.

First investigation was based on false dossier with bad probable cause and produced expected result of no collusion, while being clearly orchastrated by Obama's DOJ and Trump's political opponents.That just stinks so bad, that DOJ should wash it's hands or if they will investigate, then find out more about how this investigation was started and compromised by Obama's DOJ/FBI.

That sounds conspiracy theorist to me, but yes, investigate and if evidence is found against Obama officials let's throw them in jail.

Ya know, this reminds me of a story. I once had a friend who was getting done dirty by his ol’ lady.
