They are correct though. The interview would and could wander into the weeds. Jimmy Carter would have never had an issue with an interview because he was an upstanding citizen and politician. You are foolish if you believe that he won't be put on the spot to admit to criminal or fraudulent wrong doing or commit perjury. I have a hard time thinking of a politician you would want less on the stand than Trump with what he did before becoming president and while president. It isn't at all if he will be hit with something but whoever picking something that he can't walk away from.

The funny thing about Carter is he is a good Christian man, who builds houses for the poor in his 90’s and the Cafeteria Christians on the right shit on him constantly and will defend a serial adulterer at all costs.

I dont know man. I shared recently in another thread about my realtor and long time friend. She believes truly and deeply that Trump is saving the country from evil satanic child murdering and sex rings...... she is not joking about this.

I know that is not the majority of his base but I bet its ten to fifteen percent of people.

I do have connections with another group of people who are extremely wealthy and in this case you are dead on. They don't believe any conspiracy stuff, they voted for him based on their pocketbook and choose to stay in denial because of it also.

The idea of trump being indicted is so stupid. People ahould know Trump has war powers right now.

That while people scream about the dangers of trump, congress certainly hasn't seen fit to strip him of his war powers, or even hold a vote over it.

Abraham Lincoln suspended habeus corpus with those same war powers.
