I don't know man, I don't have the answer to this.
I don't think Mueller is politically motivated, I think he's just doing his job. They could very well charge Trump once he's out of office and they may just test the theory that a sitting president can't be indicted. That would be interesting to see that matter taken up.
As far as Cohen is concerned, it's a settled matter. His record will read guilty of campaign finance violations. Unless Trump is charged, which he likely won't be it will never see another court room.

It's an unsettled (by the courts) legal question. DOJ has said a sitting POTUS cannot be indicted. So unless POTUS is indicted elsewhere (state level maybe?) it's highly doubtful a sitting POTUS will be indicted unless something really extreme is really obvious
Everyone is loyal until they face jail time.

Well, thats the highest legal authority in the land and the man who knows the case best. I stand corrected.
Everyone is loyal until they face jail time.
They're granting immunity to a witness in regards to crimes that Cohen has already plead guilty too.......

And it can advantageous to NOT plead guilty for crimes one is innocent of.I'm merely arguing that it can be advantageous to plea guilty to crimes for which one is innocent. Some of the less-informed posters in this thread such as @Limbo Pete were convinced that "GUILTY IS GUILTY!!!>$!@$", but it just ain't so.
Even the National Enquirer guy is turning on Cadet Bone Spurs loool.

National Enquirer publisher David Pecker reportedly told prosecutors Trump knew about ex-lawyer Michael Cohen’s deals to pay women
- AMI chairman Daivd Pecker gave prosecutors information about President Donald Trump's knowledge of payments his ex-lawyer Michael Cohen made to women alleging affairs with Trump, The Wall Street Journal reports.
- Pecker, along with both his company and the Trump Organization, had reportedly been subpoenaed by federal investigators in April.
- Cohen pleaded guilty Tuesday to eight criminal charges including tax fraud and campaign finance violations, and could face years in prison.
Criminals always flip on each other, this is going just like a typical Mob trial, start low on the food chain.
But is it still a crime if you confess to it? That's the whole swivel on which this chair of lies turns.Conspiracy is a crime, and a pretty well known one.
No loyalty among thieves.hahahaha
Trump's pecker getting him in trouble yet again.
