I don't think you've followed the story.

This all started because Trump fired Comey for investigating the interference. As are result of that deliberate action by Trump Congress ordered a Special Counsel to be formed to carry out the investigation, with the President now making himself a subject of it due to his actions.

Trump isn't getting blamed now for the interference. During the process of the investigation the investigators found that Trump's campaign manager and personal lawyer committed crimes that they have either admitted to or found guilty of. Several others involved with the crime have also been charged with crimes or plead guilty to them.

When you plead guilty (or no contest, in some jurisdictions), a judge enters a finding of guilt for the underlying charges being plead to. The Court 'FINDS' the defendant guilty. So, yes, he absolutely was 'found' guilty of crimes.
