"NO strong evidence on Russian hacks" - James Clapper (Head of ALL U.S. Intellgence Agencies)

Natediazimnotsurprised.gif

It's funny that Wikileaks is the only dependable "journalist " now, in that they actually provide evidence before saying shit

The leftist media made such a reach, saying that Russia was behind the hacks (no evidence), that those hacks decided the election (no evidence). But they run around saying "Russia hacked the election"

CNN/MSNBC/fox/washpo/NYT and others are designed to convince and persuade, not inform

In fairness, Clapper is a proven liar.

And here's a story on the view of his people:

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trump-intelligence-idUSKBN14204E

While the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) does not dispute the CIA's analysis of Russian hacking operations, it has not endorsed their assessment because of a lack of conclusive evidence that Moscow intended to boost Trump over Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton, said the officials, who declined to be named.

...

"ODNI is not arguing that the agency (CIA) is wrong, only that they can't prove intent," said one of the three U.S. officials.

No one disputes that the Russian gov't was behind the hacking; the debate is just over what they were trying to accomplish (help Trump directly or just fuck with our process).

This misleading thread titles need to stop. He said that they don't have strong evidence, that their insights into wikileaks aren't good. None of that means that there isn't any evidence, it just means that at the moment, the evidence isn't particularly strong. I'm not saying it was or wasn't Russia, but I'm definitely saying that these thread titles are every bit as bad as what the demonized MSM is accused of doing.

Stop the misleading framing. That's not what Clapper said.

That video is from older testimony, before they said there was evidence.

Oh, and if anyone would like to refute the Daily Beast article...go for it.
