Felt weak, but was suprisingly confident in getting the squat reps.
Front squats sucked as always.

Even the 90kg warm up reps felt heavy on the bench. Every working set was like a RPE of 10(-11)! Kinda suprised I didnt fail. Lets see what happens in the coming weeks, would be nice to get through this program. (8 workouts left)

Im doing MM2K now. It has worked better for me than smolov jr in the past. So we'll see. Need to up my food intake also.

Already got it. Banana + peanut butter is surprisingly good! Try it. Either on bread or just put aome pb on that banana.

Ive done it before. Gained 7.5 both times.
And compared to smolov jr the gains stays with you and dont diminish

I think 85-90 is a good weight for my height. If I can get there in a few years and loose some fat, I would be happy.

I don't like deadlifting either, but I do it because it makes me stronger. Vulcan singles = will cause you to work on your set, if you are doing high rep closes there is not enough resistance for you to work on your set under higher resistance.

My friend encouraged me to work on my psoas to relieve my hip pain and it appears to be helping. Could be b/s but it certainly hasn't worsened and I'm still squatting.

I'm on the phone so I can't link you. If you go to the mobility wod/project website and search "biker hips flossing" in the upper right corner the vid should come up. Never thought Id be riding for Kstar but it's important to stay open minded.

Thanks for suggestion. I dont own a band, nor a kettlebell, so its going to be quite tough to do it. I also think the issue im having is deeper than tight psoas muscles and I think I need professional long term help to fix it unfortunately.

Edit: how long did you do it before noticing effects?
