Silly squat fail. Typical mistakes I do when squatting heavy:
- I dont take it seriously enough, and end up failing
- I crumble underneath the weight and loose confidence when it feels heavy
This was a combination of the two.
Put on my balls that fell off during the fail, and tried again.
First single was a grinder, 2nd was ok, 3rd felt really good.
Bench felt good. Short rest time also.

Overall, fairly good day. Back positioning was pretty good on teh deadlifts. Gets worse when fatigue sets in, though. Ill keep working on it.
Bench felt OK, lots of volume today.

Yes, its a real bitch. I cant move too much either, because the weights will fall off. So I have to be very careful

The heaviest I can go is 50kg (two 25plates), no way I can add three plates.
Would be awesome to do a standing rollout, but damn they are difficult.

I find it easier to load the weights on my back when I bring them around from the side instead of trying to go over my head. Might be worth checking out.

went through things pretty quick. 175 sets on squats took 15minutes. Some hard(ish) reps, but overall a good day.
