The pump is actually quite good, still feel it as im typing. Sweet.
I think the hip capsule stretch helped my left hip a bit. Before it used to be two sounds, one when flexing, and one sharper one when extending. The extending one if now gone. The right hip still has both. I may not have mentioned this, but the snapping occurs most when I extend from a flexed position.
The warm up feels good after im done, though.
On the hip abductions and fire hydrants, the lateral side of my leg (it band?) feel very engaged and activated, so is my glutes and medius.

I think I already mentioned you could do a test to see if your ITB is shortened, right? I haven't forgotten about the hip capsule stretch, just haven't gotten around to it (will probably have kotriz come over to take a couple of pics).

Was supposed to squat today. But I hurt my knee on saturday. God knows why.. I ran some hills, and went home.. A few hours later, my knee started hurting. Its not a very sharp pain, so I doubt its anything serious. The knee feels to be located on the tibia, right where it joins the knee. Ill try rest this week, no cardio on wednesday. If it feels better by thursday / friday, il try some squatting.
Might do some upper back work tomorrow if im bored

Not a good day
Went up to 180 for squats, felt damn heavy. Did one rep, depth was bad. So I decided to rack it. No point grinding up 5 heavy reps with a bad knee.
Did two singles at 170, and called it quits.

Did some light good mornings and some upper back work.
