Hey, I did a bunch of rear delt flyes with two different DB's for all three sets because I'm too much of an idiot to notice the 5 lb difference in weight and just thought one of my shoulders was somehow more fatigued than the other (WTF?). Biggest gym idiot moment I've had in a while. Failing out doesn't match that.
 
Suprised to see females drop by this log, lol. Im sure you can tell why.

I think we've all misloaded sometimes, I remember doing barbell rows once and misloaded it by 10kilos! and I got a bit angry when i couldnt complete the reps, doh'
Realised it afterwards.

Allthough I think not noticing the difference for 3 sets is pretty pretty pretty good
 
The thing is, I DID notice the difference--I just thought my scapula was having serious retraction issues and/or I was really fatigued. Seeing the dumbbells when I racked them was when the difference I had felt made a lot more sense. Ughhh...walked away from that one kind of pissed at myself.

And as far as the contents of your log...yeah, that's pretty standard around here. And around the internet. And hell, I can appreciate it. I tend to just look at these chicks and think a solid DYEL... I'm judgy like that. Jaunty's had some pretty strong women in his log recently though, and I always appreciate that.

For bench I will do something like this the next weeks

day 1. Bench press, paused up to a single, the a back off set. High volume press
day 2. Bench press, paused, high reps, close grip. High intensity press
also, important reminder - Start low, build up confidence, then hit the big weights.

Hurrah! I approve. And honestly, it really is great to see "built" women. It's just not the norm in the region in which I live and, uh, most regions, and as a woman who gets comments on her arms sometimes, it's just nice to see examples of physiques that have more muscle on them, something I can relate to in a small way.

There's a lot of sexuality in this log. Not sure if it's primarily from the heavy weights being lifted, or the amount of righteous babes. Either way, I approve. Keep up the good work!
