Damn, your squat numbers are really going up! Keep it up! I myself have had the 2 worst squat sessions EVER lately (so bad i didnt even bother logging them) so i suspect the knee is "re-busted" or it was a serious case of doms :( time will tell! Anyway i am impressed!

I would definitely count it. Congrats on the 500. Thats a huge milestone for anyone, but especially someone as young as you. I can't imagine where you will be in a few years.

T3 is sweet and brutal. But with a busted knee, i dont know if T3 would be ideal. Form can really go to shit on the end of the 10 reppers!

Thanks man. tbh, the 500 pull was a little to heavy, hence the ugliness =)
I plan on going to uni, to study physical therapy,if my grade point average is high enough.
