No Rest for the Weary

hang cleans: 67.5kg x 3, sweet. feels so light after holding 180 in your hands.

Yesterday my buddy was having trouble with cleans prior to doing heavy deadlifts, after he could clean 20lbs. more than what he was struggling with before. Keep up the good work.

EDIT: Just looked over the 1st page of the log, and its been a year since I started this log. Makes me realise how short a year really is. Very fun to look through a entire year of training, tho. =D

105kg x 3, not good, cant go up more here. Leaning too much forward and cant stay upright.

Bench Press:

87.5kg 3x3, paused and very good form.

Power cleans

50 x 5 hang
70kg 5 x 3, good, but sloppy form.
 
Week 7 Day 3

150kg x 1, felt strange and bad form, tried again
150kg x 1, felt better, but still strange
165kg x 1, Sweet, great depth, but a little more gm'ed than I hoped for.

Push Press

70kg x 2, easy

Deadlift:
Warmed up like usual
205kg x 0, nope, could not get it up at all. Deadlifts felt weird today
Tried 190 also, but could not get it..
Figured I need to do something, so....

Power Cleans
70 x 1
80 x 1
85 x 1, failed at 90kg. Either way, happy with this

Hang cleans:
70kg x 3, easy =O, followed by 15 pull ups.

Overall, OK day

Yes my squat is going very good atm. hopefully it continues for a while.:icon_chee 165 was pretty hard, I came out of the hole easy, then my hips rose alot faster than my shoudlers, so I ended up good morning most of the weight at the top. I might be able to double it, but not at that perticular day

*Making the assumption that your plates are 20kg and your bar is 20kg as well.
 
Nice work on the volume day. I both love and hate day 1 of TM.
