Technique broke down a bit, but not bad. Especially considering its 85% and beltless at that. Sexy double chin position that Mark Bell recommends helps with back roundining. Need to keep doing that
Hands hurting real bad when I hit 190 with the partial reps. Decided to not be a pussy and strap up. :) Bench was good. But took very long time, too many goddamn sets.

Honestly, I dont want to dedicate to much time to the clean. The only reason I do them is because they look hella cool and they jack your traps up.
 
What makes you think power cleans "jack your traps up"?

If it's jacked traps you want, there are much better ways to go around it.

Imo, Do deadlifts and cleans and you dont need other trap exercises.

Word. Traps are about the only well-developed muscle group that I have. Makes shirts sit awkwardly sometimes though.
