The guy was a total ass hole. The cops killed him which is good. Too bad they didn't get him before he got any of them.

It sucks to be a cop now and they need to take care of their families. They will and should be buried as heroes.

What’s the angle for it to bury the news of a massive political assassination and, of course, poor Jimmy Kimmel?

Was he looking for the Aloha Snackbar after being let into the country despite a terrorist past?

Could this have been prevented with sound immigration policy?

Was he out on no bail despite a prolific 16 arrest career of being a violent menace?

Is there any hint of a political motive to it whatsoever? He was stalking his ex girl and fired at the police that come for him.

Part and parcel for serving warrants. Dont worry, a black dude killed like 3 cops earlier this year who were trying to evict him over taxes. Not sure your point here.

Read the story. Guy was an obsessed psychopath. Found the chick's house without ever being told where it was. Broke into the house when the chick wasn't home. Killed the woman's dog and then engaged the police when they arrived. I believe he shot himself even though thats not what they are saying in the article. I think it was stated the day it happened that he died of a self inflicted gunshot wound.
