He’s kind of right though. You can’t virtue signal about helping people with food and then openly support policies which hurt people like that. I think it’s just about being principled and consistent.

Right? It's that same old crap that they like to trot out about communities helping each other to fill in the gaps. That leaves hundreds of thousands of people without proper food and shelter. Leaving it up to "the good of the community" is just another way of saying we are cutting food assistance and healthcare. It's a disgusting lie that is perpetuated by the ruling class and dimwits buy into it.

What it is really rooted in is racism/classism. They believe the ones left behind deserve it.

  • ...That was the best they could do with the funding and planning? Holy fuckin balls man.... Consider it not impressive.
  • Neither side looks good on this. The people protesting are in theory, Americans (lets not speculate lol) -- so calling it anti-american is wrong, because it's their right to protest, but then having the protest completely... ALLOWED.... isn't something a king would even let happen.... so wow -- good job BOTH sides on trying to just divide we the people with nothing productive to show.

Back on subject, the protest sucked -- the concept was beyond stupid, and it literally did nothing to move any progress along other than to show that -- WOW, LOOK JIM! The country is literally like SPLIT and DIVIDED and can't accomplish SHIT -- because the politicians, judges, systems of control are beyond corrupt and completely batshit in their respective stances. Therefore, the other side HAS to be wrong, because NO WAY WE ADMIT WE WERE/ARE -- or dare I fucking say, WORK TOGETHER!? WHAT NONSENSE!

Helping people prep for winter in MN in a scenario where some might not get food support (thanks shutdown) or have proper clothing (since we took in like LITERALLY 80-100,000 SALAMIS in the last how many years) seems like something just a human would do. So again, kindly shove your party/colors/politics up ya ass lol.

You want to go start a more productive protest/cause/fundraiser -- NO ONE STOPPIN' YA. My analysis was -- this one sucked, and accomplished NOTHING except to point out our differences -- which, is on the news 24/7 365 -- it's their FUCKING JOB to brain fuck people of either side lol.
