No Gore-No More

In fairness he’s like 5-3 … crazy to be in the ufx with that little experinece

There’s worse than him though!

How in Gods World did he make it to the UFC, some serious lack of talent going on, no improvement from his first fight at all....Yeeez!

Through TUF. He got to the finals. Yeah I can see him getting cut, the two guys he beat in UFC have also been cut.

Only the hardcore's will know Gore's lore. He grew up poor, went from working in a grocery store all the way to knocking on the UFC's door. What Dana saw made him sure, Gore left some people on the floor and Sir Diddy Dana wanted to see more, that's when he recruited the Gore to go to war. Or something along those lines

Damn, that's raw and hardcore.

he was a little arrogant on TUF. I kinda enjoy watching him lose, but I think he's at the end of his time in the UFC.

One day they'll be an outpour of folklore galore about the man, the myth...the Gore.

To quote the raven, “never more.”

I was thinking last night how little sense UFC matchmaking makes sometimes.

We literally had one of the WORST middleweight fights I've ever seen in Klein-Pulyaev right before they gave a guy with basically zero experience yet another monstrously experienced (all combat sports) opponent with a razor sharp BJJ game in a fight where Gore probably gets cut with a loss.

Gore lost.

It's like sometimes they just decide a guy is beyond opponents like Klein when really they desperately need the cage experience.

I used to get frustrated with Bellator building guys to completely unnecessary 10-0 records before given them their first competitive fight, but this is the antithesis of that - feed either Pulyaev or Klein to Gore and you end up building the only one of the 3 with any potential whatsoever. Sure, it's not HUGE potential, but it's more than those two cans.

Gore has been with the company for 4 years he should be beyond getting gimme fights regardless of how few pro fights he has. He's also 31 and missed weight, whatever potential there might have once been there is completely gone, guy even got outstruck by Vieira the whole fight.

The answer to the Pulyaev-Klein-Gore thing should be to cut them all three. None of them are above what you'd find at a regional level and they all benefited from getting propped up by UFC shows like TUF or DWCS to get their foot in the door.

Gore is getting cut because he's just not that good. Doesn't have that much to do with poor match making. He's not exactly losing to stiff competition.

Aside from being a crappy fighter, at least he makes weight, right?

Oh, wait.....

How do you know whether or not his competition was stiff?
