Let me put it another way, if in the year 2100 society decides that you're not an adult at 18, what if in that year everyone decides that one only becomes and adult at 25 years old (not all that absurd considering we know that the pre frontal cortex is not fully developed until around our mid 20's), are we then all s if we had intercourse with anyone under 25 in this time period?
