I don't believe the Iran deal was cancelled due to non compliance, the Trump admin cancelled it as part of a broader geo political strategy to ally with the Saudis and strength their kingdom paving the way for a more unified middle east. Also, Iran is a bonified terrorist state.

In short, they're going to attack Iran soon.
