I bought tickets for NIN for a September LA date. After my cats throwing up etc on the way to Vegas and having to come back home, I pretty much wrote it off seeing Trent again.

Found out during the week that the concert is the same day as his album release, so it's going to be fucking nuts.

I have a "wellness" check with the cats on the 16th, the gig is the 19th. I am so remote that without even thinking NIN that was the earliest vet appointment I could get.

Do y'all have these issues?

I thought cats were easy and self-sufficient? Some people might be too young to realize the importance on NIN in the 90s. They created a scene where I lived that had many clubs having an "Industrial" room that played that music. No clubs today do that. Hope you get there.

Go to the show.

They put on a great live performance. Seen them several times.

Downward Spiral "Dissonance" tour with David Bowie

Was one of my first dates with my then GF, now wife.
We were 16

2006 Outdoors in LA whatever it's called amphitheater

2009 "NIN/JA" tour with Jane's Addiction at NJ PAC

And I think also a festival... but can't place it.

I wouldn't bring my cats on a road trip, cats typically do not do well in cars. I would find someone to check up on them daily and leave them home. Between cats dogs and chickens I'm not going anywhere soon without a pet sitter.

Cats come first. I've already postponed/cancelled my annual UK vacation due to my cat's serious health issues. A concert is fun but your cat is family.

Nope. I’m not really a NIN fan.

I like some songs, but not most.

NIN, even though it’s called a band, is really just Trent Reznor making music on his computer and then paying a band to play it. For some reason, solo acts like that never appeal to me. I guess all their songs just kind of end up sounding the same to me.

Yep... Might cat won't even go to the concert unless they are VIP tickets

Not if their owner isn't

I have no good advice, my dog loves everybody so I always just drop her off with someone or someone stays at my place to take care of her.

But find a way to the concert
