Is this the worst main event in UFC history? I legit have never heard of either guy. Should have put Tatiana in there where at least if she looks good, it's a story and you have another title contender.

Muniz is a dark horse in the division, he's like a more mean and aggressive Demian Maia with takedowns. He broke Jacare's arm and retired him.. he could tap both Izzy and Alex in 1 round so this is now a big platform for him to call his shot for a top 5 or title eliminator if he wins.

We have really short memories, huh. Remember Nzeczhukwu vs. Cutelaba in November, that unranked light heavyweight match that served as the main event when Lewis-Spivak fell through on fight night? That was rough, and that might not be it either.

If we go way back in time, Tedd Williams vs. Steve Judson at UFC 24 was atrocious, thanks to Randleman slipping on a pipe backstage.

We had Kennedy vs Cutelaba a vpl months ago. Dumont vs Ladd a year or so ago.

A lot of ppl believe Muniz can fight for the belt. Same for Tatiana. If they both do, & Mallot climbs into the top 10, this card could age well.

I'm personally not that high Muniz tho & the chances of Tatiana staying healthy going forward isn't great. But yeah awful card. Good thing we had ONE, Bellator, & boxing this weekend as well.

UFC is DYING

Siler and Pineda are the only two fighters I couldn't place immediately and that's knowing those fighters AT THE TIME, not just in hindsight. I feel like half of the fighters on cards these days are Contender Series nobodies who somehow deserve to be placed high on the main cards.
