Chimaev won, you can squirmish, throw a tantrum, say it is laughable but the winner was Chimaev.
Laughable is also the fact that you don't see that the Burns that fought Chimaev was completely different from the Burns we saw last fight. A totally different fighter.

dude fought apr 8 and his last fight was may 6 against belal. But you want to say he was in his prime but not in his last fight which he fought a month after his last fight. That’s your example of him being not in his prime.
