Snackgod, the UFC still makes money from fight nights.
but he not get ppv points like main events of ppvs do. so there no bonus for someone like nick or nate to agree to fight on a fight night card.

UFC doesn't pay anyone, its not just you Nick.
Anyone thinking Diaz is out of pocket for this is a fucking shill.
A rematch with Robbie Lawler would be interesting
I dunno about that, his last fight was vs Anderson and he made 500K. He's just completely delusional now. Nate is more popular than him now by a long shot, there's an entire generation of fans who've never seen him fight and don't really know who he is. Plus, reality is UFC don't need him. They have stars, business is good. He simply waited too long. shrug.it more like nick diaz knows his contract is so old it not worth fighting now a days.
The only guys in the top 10 he'd have a chance against are Woodley and Maia. Usman, Burns, Colby would all annihilate him. It would be sad.I don't think the UFC is the right place for Nick Diaz at this point. They aren't going to pay him the money he wants and the competition in the Top 10 are probably going to be too much for him. I'd like to see him fight over in some smaller orgs just to get a gauge of where he's at now. Might get him a better paycheck too.

nick fight vs anderson was a ppv main event so nick made more money cause of ppv points and bonus that come with that. nick not coming back to main event a ppv so he wouldnt make anything close to that money.
i bet he wouldnt make more than 200k an nick is like fuck that it not worth it.
now a days nick and nate are more about being attention seeking divas than fighters.
Agreed. 100/100 is prob the most they'd pay him. Nate is a big star, and despite his inactivity he's still relevant. Nick isn't relevant.
Nick vs Condit or Lawler rematch could definitely be a fight night main event.
We knew this whole "comeback" thing would get sunk when they started talking money. No surprise to anyone. Sad fact is that Nick is most likely no longer worth the trouble of negotiating. Nate is absolutely worth the trouble, his PPV value is way beyond Nick.
