Will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

Judging from the video I've seen of his accuser, not sure what will happen. Gal is nuttier than a peanut factory, and seems quite angry. Girl, Interrupted shit.

Playing devils advocate, what if Nick was physically attacked, and choked the gal out to neutralize the attack?

No idea what happened until details come out, but just curious where folks stand if a gal is trying to attack a guy, say throwing punches, scratching at his face, etc.?

Lol at people that say weed is harmless. Don't tell me that weed hasn't totally fucked his head up. Diaz needs to put down the weed, enter rehab, get back to fighting, and finish his probation whatever that will be.

Not that you aren't correct but if anyone needs to go to rehab over weed... Then wow, that's sad.

Dude has legit problems with alcohol. He has multiple DUIs, and he got popped for driving over the limit while his license was still suspended from a previous DUI. He's lucky that he didn't get serious jail time for that.
