Fight will probably never happen.
Strickland is about to get his ass kicked, and Khamzat probably gets the next title shot.
I think Sean pulls it out
Realistically, he hasn't really fought to his potential in a lot of fights. The first one against DDP included.
Hes kind of a double edged sword, it's hard to know which version is gonna show up at any given moment.
If he fights to his capability, is active and actually utilizes his advantages on the feet, I believe he's the better fighter.
DDP is quite good at digging deep and showing the best version of himself in every fight, even when on paper it looks like he's doing everything wrong.
So, I think it will be decided by which version of Sean shows up. That's the biggest wild card / volatility factor. If he comes to fight, he's gonna win.
Alex in the corner could be the fuse that wakes him up during those moments he falls back into an inactive routine, which is the biggest thing that's costed him in fights.
