Well he won the belt off Izzy no less, and has gone 10 rounds with DDP on a razor edge margin of loss.

Strickland is elite.

Sean made similar comments before the DDP fight indicating that he has completely figured out Khamzat's grappling and knows exactly how to shut it down. His confidence in this matchup is through the roof which makes me tend to believe he's being truthful here.

His confidence might be there, but UFC won't give him a TS.
He needs at least a top win. Even if he beats Fluffy, UFC might not give him a TS.
Especially since Chimaev fights once a year.

Also, come on.
Sean is a good grappler these days, but not Chimaev's level.
It would be a 50-45, most probably.

Plausible. A broken arm means you're able to focus on one arm only, which is obviously helpful, as having two arms can be quite confusing.
