Of course, at a ''best on best'' tournament, Canada still crushes, and will for the forseeable future. We seem to have figured out the WHC as well after years of suckitude. But come on: what red blooded Canadian fan's jimmies aren't a bit rustled by our recent performances in the WJC since 2010? 3 4th or worse finishes, a bronze, 2 silvers and a gold. That's sweden shit.

I have started and finished two degrees in the meantime, and been witness to a single gold medal win. Remember the good old days? When you'd go home to see the folks for christmas, get day drunk for a week straight, and watch us purple nurple the best the rest of the world had to offer?
 
Ive always hated the shoot out. I wish the nhl would abolish it and definitely hate the result from wjc.
